Oh, and what kind of Mage? There's white mage, black mage, red mage, blue mage, green mage, time mage, geomancer, summoner... and probably others I can't pull off the top of my head.

I follow Krynnish guidelines and go with the neutral Red Mages, but my outfit, not being your standard robes, would suggest that I'm a bit of a rogue as far as mages go.

Sanzoskitsune I found this list somewhere... don't ask where I just found it Barbarian Bard Cleric Druid Fighter Monk Paladin Ranger Rogue Sorcerer Wizard Standard D&D list. I more or less combined the last two.

s**t, almost all of those terms have escaped my mind because I haven't played games like that in such a long time. Someone is probably going to end up choosing Celestial's for her.
