It's a Real-Time Tactics game. That's the only way I can describe it, really. It is much more like FFTactics than Warcraft of Starcraft. It's mot much like WC or SC at all, acutally. sweatdrop

Hmmmm... well... the way my family makes it... I soak mung beans in water and salt for about three-four hours, add a few soup bones and a little bit of meat and some other vegetables, and some salt to season.
It's definitely peasant's fare... but it's one of the recipes my family has grown up with before we moved from the Philippines to the United States. It's yummy and hearty though...
Mung beans alone remind me of red beans so alone one can essentially season softened and boiled mung bean porridge into a sweet dessert or - like what I'm doing - into a fairly hearty stew.
It has a slightly sweet taste... and for some reason I always think of chocolate when I smell the beans.
Edit: Ahhhh... I see. Considering I have all the time in the world (after I do my house duties here at home) I'll probably join you! But now... Lin must shower for he smells of bean and soup bone.

Later, Sanzo. smile
That sounds good, Lin. Is it cheap enough to make? Because if so, then it's definitely a food I'd like to try. biggrin

The beans themselves are pretty easy to make... and I believe one can find the paste (already-prepared mung bean) as well if one just wants to make a dessert or other item right away.
Of course... my dad has just taught me the recipe today. I want to see if I can find a way to make it more vegetarian fare... but well adding tofu to bean porridge is already overkill I'm afraid. Plus the few chunks of beef and the soup bones help season it as it's fairly light-tasting alone.
Oh! I forgot to add the fish sauce! *runs to the kitchen to add then proceeds to take a shower* Will be back soon!

I'm back Sanzo!
And... if I may add... I had an extra super-spectacularly fabulous shower!
Seriously it was great... that sea salt face scrub was amazing... the sea salt body wash was wonderful, and the lotion was oh... so... creamy on the face.
