It doesn't take me out completely, just relaxes me. I refuse to take too much.
I used to be on prozac, and that made me feel like I was a zombie, so I'm taking as little Serotonin as I can whilst still feeling some effect.
Ask your GP about it, they should be able to atleast look into it for you.
