I don't trust his intentions. I mean, he seems nice enough, and he used to give me rides to school before I started working there, but... sometimes, especially when I see him talking to this one other girl, I get this creepy feeling. He has been rather persistant.

*shakes the Genie bottle, because they hate when you do that*

Honestly Indy tell the guy you wouldn't be comfortable going over to his house without your boyfriend present. That generally gets them to leave you alone, unless he knows you don't have a boyfriend...than it kinda falls on it's face. But sometimes it still drives the point home that you don't like him or want to be at his house alone with him.

Yeah Indy, if you don't trust someone's intentions don't do anything *has made the mistake before because she's known for instantly thinking someone has bad intentions*

Seriously though, Ladi gavve the best advice I've ever read on the topic.

He never fails to mention that his family isn't home. sweatdrop And it's common knowledge that I'm single. They don't know about my "weekend event" boy, and he doesn't really count. I'm not sure how to procede.

Just say you woul;dn't feel comfortable alone. THat's really the only thing I can tell you.

Yeah that "My parents aren't around" is usually a clear indicator if you come over he is going to force himself on you. Which means things are sounding like they are going in a way you wouldn't be comfortable with.

Over just say flat out you don't like him and you're NEVER going to sleep with him, EVER, EVER, EVER.

Or you could use an "killer line" such as "I like you as a brother." or "We will always be friends right?" or my personal favorite, "You are just like one of my very best female friends!"
Those are usually clues (even to dense men) that they are never getting anywhere with you, EVER.

PS Indy Went red so I felt the need to do so as well. *does the mimic dance*

Eh? I went red?

But yeah, talking about how he would be home New Year's Eve, asking if I drank and if so, what...

I managed to keep up my ditz act for a while, but even I can't act oblivious forever (yes, it sometimes is an act).

I have little doubt of his intentions. I'm just too nice of a person to give a straight-out "no". That's what got me into trouble with my last (and only sweatdrop ) relationship.

Trust me, A guy this pushy- a straight out no is the only thing that is going to make him back off. And if you don't give it to him soon your going to find yourself in a very uncomfortable situation. He might even try something at work which could possibly get you fired. It is better to give him a flat out No now so you don't have to keep dealing with him everynight or every shift.

You don't have to be mean about it, you just have to be clear.
