Jiro didn't do anything...
Eien, perhaps you should figure out what the pentacle really is. I'm not explaining it, I've explained it to people that are stuck on the media far too many times. Go read a book on religion and learn it yourself.

EienKage Celes, please explain the difference, because I can't see any. The difference is twofold: Firstly, connotation. "Pentagram", while accurately describing a five-pointed star, is often associated with... well, it's bad. Especially with two points up. I'll leave it at that. Second, a pentacle is more specific. It's a star with one poin up, inscribed within a circle.

*sob* I'm not sure how to explain it without spiffing up; I've studied it as part of my faith study of different religions but I'm not qualified to explain it to justice, I'm afraid.
Um... no fighting please? Now's not really the time...

The pentagram represents Satan and is used in Satanism not because they worship Satan, but because they use Satan as their symbol. This is because to them Jesus represents hypocracy and such, and they go against them. Satanism is entirely based on essentially worshiping yourself if my studies prove correct. NEVER EVER CALL A PENTACLE A PENTAGRAM IN THE PRESENSCE OF A WICCAN WITCH!

Celes, please forgive me for being insensitive, and for my ignorance of your symbols. I am truly sorry.

Understand now?

Sorry, I over reacted a bit. It's just that I'm tired of being associated with the pentagam and inaccurately being called a Satanic witch/demon worshipper when not only am I not a Satanic witch (though I have studied it) Satanists don't even worship demons or Satan. You have no idea what kind of living hell it is for Wiccan witches that live in a closed minded Christian society.
