If anyone's curious about what the scene is about, just highlight my white text spoiler below.
The scene I think scarred him is a naked man fight between Borat and the fattest, hairiest, ugliest man on the face of the planet. The man is so fat that they don't have to censor him, it's like Peter's belly in Family Guy, it just hangs down over his thingie.
