@ Angel: Been a pretty good day. Went to Powell's (huge bookstore, used/new) and got a handful of Piers Anthony's Xanth novels. Haven't read them in years... but how can one resist a magical land based on puns? ^_^

Piers Anthony? I haven't read him in a while either. Although I've only really read Incarnations of Immortality. I really couldn't get into the Xanth books for who knows why?

I really liked the Incarnations novels... and while I liked the series as a whole, I felt the last two novels (Good and dEvil) kind of fell... flat. Almost as if he didn't quite know how to end them. Time I found the most intriguing, and Death was a great inroduction to the series.
Xanth... well, the first time, I got burned out after about the first twelve books in the trilogy... wink It's been several years, though, so... mrgreen
