I mean that i'm getting my proteins and real food.... and stuff... it's just that i drank more than 20 ounces of water today in about two hours.... of course i went potty, but I'm noticing that i'm not as hungry with water and my food, usually a salad... And i'm also noticing that i'm getting skinnier!! blaugh
I'm soooo happy.... crying
and sorry that it's so late.....

Hiya Prinny and Rai-chan!!! blaugh Hmmmm... as long as you're keeping at it... although I'd think that a diet consisting of eight glasses of water (64 fl. oz) per day - spread around evenly - would be better.

@Lin: I'm getting about 60 ounces a day.... before, i would hardly drink water.... thanks to lent and this diet.... i'm noticing a difference....
