MrJimmy Shinji Azumaki What Jimmy Said. whee Yeah, the movie was great for being the type of movie it was. I basically picked up from the movie that you have the insperation right were you are and that is where the deep emotion runs. Being someplace for so long gets attatched to you that the story just becomes not only you but what you experience. sweatdrop I find writing about the home to be a strange dilema though. My home is one where nothing happens, so I have a hard time adapting that movie's philosophy to fit my situation. Hey, nothing really happened in Napolean Dynamite...but, it worked. (in my opinion)

Alarias I'll have to give that a go...maybe people will* think I'm really super deep and intellectual if my story is seemingly pointless surprised I'd actually like to see what you produce. I tend to write a lot of comedy and epic adventure myself, so naturally what I produced during my freewrite was a comedic adventure, it also had no sense of order or time. I wrote the conclusion first.

It is not just about the home...it is about the town you live in. The people you see everyday, the man on the corner that dances in his underwear! pirate

Shinji Azumaki Well look really deep Jimmy, what about events with friends? It is not just about the home...it is about the town you live in. The people you see everyday, the man on the corner that dances in his underwear! pirate No matter how deep you go into this series of tubes, you won't find anything that's really strange, I've never experienced anything miraclous or amazing. Maybe someday I'll write about my life, and then go over and edit all the events to be strange and exciting. I'll title it "Some (nearly true) Fabrications" or something like that.

The things that happoned would have been litterally nothing if these strange people weren't preforming them. Well, if you're looking for an epic adventure mingled with real life experience, there's always dream segments or imaginings....maybe the story could be about a character that nothing happens to but imagines what might happen instead...like...hypotheticals about the people around him. Maybe then you wouldn't need strange people to make it work. I don't know...I'm sure you'll figure something out.

Waugh! Mai Internetz freaked out there. ninja
But I'm back. 3nodding But only for a bit, because faire yon bedliness in calling.
So, Jimmy, my proposal is this: Would ya'll be interested in writing or co-writing the plot for an RPG with which by my track record will be abandoned in the fifth week after I make it way too complicated; with that slim chance that it might actually make it out into the internetz at large? razz

Like, you don't have to put us in it...but, you could use bits of conversations and fights and stuff that happened in here for your story. That would be something I might like to read myself...Hell, maybe I'll use that xd

Pshaw. I already so came up with that idea. I've got the last few hours worth of hard and unnecessary work to prove it. talk2hand

I'd love to take a whack at it! Can't say I'll do you any good, although you may get some good stuff out of me. The only writing I've done in monthes is the adventures for D&D campaigns, so I'm already in the correct writing mindset. Just give me some guidelines and info, and I'll start brainstorming.
