Looks like she stepepd straight outta the classic anime I love!! (shows with swooshy lines around characters, lots of leapoing about, but all still looking preeeettty, etc. ^^)
Good color scheme too!

It is a bit cluttered, but you did use some great color. I would say loose some plushies and grab some hearts of gold.
