That's what i figured. I remember seeing a chunk of coagulated blood at oriental food mart. Looked kinda like a big chunk of chocolate.

it's very delicious!! it's cooked with jalapenos and garlic and vinegar so any bacteria that is in there is killed!! never had a problem eating it before!

As long as it's cooked thoroughly it doesn't really matter bacterial wise. I would try it, but I don't really know of anyone who eats it.

I don't eat the jalapenos either... but it's always made sure that it's cooked thoroughly... i think that the blood is cooked first and then added in later... it's been a while since i've last seen it cooked in front of my eyes...
