Mm..I think all the shades of blue look nice. It works well with the clouds and give it a light look. Personaly, I think you have too many items blocking your avi itself. 7.5/10
If you want, I think you can take out the little puffball, You'll be able to see yourself a little more ^.^ (but don't just take my opinion, get a second one, K? )

Pretty chaotic from the green bubbles and the mask but... the little plushies doesn't really make much sense though.
...but this is not the end that ties within ice.
