I used to do that to try out all the starter pokemon and to try out different teams and such, but with the potential of pal park and the trades I've done online to gain all the starter pokemon, I might not ever restart.

If you ever felt the need to restart you could have my Pengu (I think its a Penplup right now, or whatever its called. I really didn't like the way it evolved... yicky). It's level 20 and never getting any higher by my hand.
