Here was a tom she had never practiced with while in Lightning Clan. He is Ravensnatch's apprentice and if the Mentor thought the battle was a good idea she was all over it.

Per her usual, she gave no warning just went right for the first attack

Froststrike wasn't quite sure why he was put up to this, probably because he had mouthed off again and the old fool couldn't take a joke. And dang did this cat hit hard, he could see why she was the new leader. But he needed to get stronger for Silverstreak's sake so he aimed to do his best.

Even among the battle in the celestial world--that they had no business being a part of!-- the darker shecat noticed two certian young cats. Froststrike impressed her with his concern for the other younger cat. It was adorable, clearly she had to do her part to help that young love survive.

Froststrike saw this one coming, remembering failing too many times in practice with Ravensnatch. He dodged out of the way and felt a tickle on his pelt before rounding the side and going back in.

Nice breeze on her ear, or attack by Froststrike, it was hard to tell. Barely moving to dodge, the older cat decided to remind the youngster to mind his paws.

Froststrike stumbled a abit, becoming frustrated that hes having such a hard time hitting this cat. Growling he puffs himself up and tries to come at her like hes about to pounce on prey.

Oh he caught her alright, rather than look concerned, Shadowsong just looked back at Froststrike with a Cheshire grin. Prey didn't fight back quite as much as the Warrior did. Using the closeness, she latched on and gave a few good kicks. There wasn't a desire to hurt him, just to teach him that pouncing wasn't always the safe thing to do

Froststrike yowled and gripped onto her as well, kicking with his own paws to return the blows.

He was learning, good job. Not that she was going to let him use her advantage to his. Experienced grappleer, he would get a 'kick' out of her paws.

Froststrike scrambled away, taking he bonk on his head as he went. He paused a moment and rubbed his face, probably said some words he shouldn’t before lunging again.

Shadowsong deftly dodged to the side not to avoid the attack but to put herself in a better spot to swat at Froststrike

He was starting to kind of get her moves and dodged most of it but he was super heckin tired and wasn’t sure how much longe the could go at this. He had half a mind to ask for things to just end now but he knew he’d get a scolding from Ravensnatch so he leaped for another blow.
