I am not really happy with how big my tummy is like I will not do sports but does anyone know any GREAT diests that help you lose like 20lbs in like 5 6 months with out starving or TV diets..please do not be mean I am putting this up here for help so please write something if you know nay good diets

You know what? Dieting is not a good idea since most people end up putting on more weight after they stop the diet. The best thing to do is eat balanced meals and maybe a little less all the time, making it a way of life.

Well, if you are interested in focusing on one area of your body that you want to look nicer, try excersing the muscles in that area. Muscle has to eat fat. So for a bit of a tummy, try crunches, sit-ups, or torso twists.
It can be a lot of not fun work to excerise, but it's better than starving and usually has more long term effects! biggrin
My hubbie has a tummy I'm trying to get him to lose. sweatdrop
