Does anyone know any good exercises that help build muscle in the legs and also tighten up flab?

Squats are always good---hold 5-10 lbs in each hand if you're a beginner and squat into a sitting position keeping your nack straight. If 5-10 lbs is too easy, go to the gym a put a bar over your shoulders.
If you're at the gym, try the leg press machine, it works many leg muscles.
Laying on your side and lifting your leg up and down works the hip flexors and I find it good for leg muscles.

Good luck
Thanks! Unfortunately I can't get to a gym so I have to do all exercises at home. I'll definitely be trying out the squats.
