Can anyone tell me a couple good anime series? I've watched InuYasha, Kamichama Karin, Chobits, some of Karin and yeah, a lot more... Looking for fantasy and romance.

Well, obviously, if you're looking for fantasy and romance I'd have to say Sailor Moon. :3 It's like... all you'll ever need, right there. U:
And it's not that heavy on romance, but you should also check out Slayers.

Busou Renkin is good...has romance but it's more scifi with the alchemy. Clannad has romance, but the only fantasy aspect would be the ghost. Shugo Chara is cute. And I'm sure Vampire Knight is developing in romance. Special A doesn't have fantasy, but it definitely has romance in the way where the main character is way dense and it's fairly funny. Nanatsuiro Drops is a good one and is similar to Card Captors if you've seen that.

Ouran High School Host Club, Hana Kimi (is this an anime?), Kare Kano (manga, not anime), Gurren Lagann has some romance. XD; Girl who Leapt through Time is a very good movie. Soul Eater is a good anime as well. Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (kinda?), Eureka 7 is more sci-fi, but there's romance in that as well.
XD Go watch Code Geass, it'll make your inner fangirl squeal. Oh! Full Metal Panic FUMOFU. <3 That's very romantic.

Hm... Rurouni Kenshin, Bleach (though Bleach isn't that much of a romance...), Vampire Knight, Rosario+Vampire, Fullmetal Alchemist, Mugen Spiral, Tsubasa, Trinity Blood, and maybe D.Gray-Man...

Hmm... Fushigi Yugi, Full Moon wo Sagashite, and Ah! My Goddess.
All are romance/fantasy, but Fushigi Yugi and Full Moon wo are shoujos, and Ah! My Goddess is a seinen.

Fantasy and romance...I'd definitely have to suggest Princess Tutu.
As you can tell, the name is very...err, girly. However, the story in itself has many layers, and each episode has at least ONE reference to classical music, ballet, etc., and it really is a bittersweet story. Allow me to quote one of the characters' lines. "May those who accept their fate be granted happiness; may those who defy it be granted glory."

Anything magical girl. They almost always tend to be centered around fantasy and romance. Oh, and maybe Ranma 1/2 (if you can find it). Heavy on both romance and fantasy martial arts. Seriously, you have to have an entire chart of realtions in order to keep up sometimes. And it's by Rumiko Takahashi (creator of Inuyasha)!

Revolutionary Girl Utena fits with both fantasy and romance. Its a great series, but the middle part is a little repetitive.
