I love Sakura Kiss!! Have you ever heard it for strings only?
What about Secret Rendevous by Takeuchi Junko. It's really good and Takeuchi Junko is even the voice actor for Naruto in Japan. Or at least for that new movie that's gonna be on next weekend.

That series it pretty much the only anime I watch nowadays, I just absolutely LOVE it!! and the music's pretty good, all can be found on youtube.
You should also check out some stuff from pgsm, it's not an anime but was based on the anime "Sailor Moon"
