Favorite Anime will always be Ghost in the Shell for me.
As far as manga goes, that's a bit harder. Bitter Virgin or something else, maybe.

....hm this tough....for me a person who has seen over 200 anime and has read over 100 manga (im counting the 50 im currently reading cause they are all either on hold by subers or makers or over 100+ chapters)
i would have to say for anime....it would have to be
Fate/Stay Night....
i mean most anime is good but its really only those one or 2 episodes or parts in an episode thats good...not the entire series....granted i have yet to find an anime thats good the entire way through...or on that is good the entire way through but the ending sucks....
fate/stay night starts getting good around ep 2 or 3 maybe 4...but from then on it is awsome...
although i disliked the ending.....it ranks top on my list of 200....
for MANGA...i have many....my favourites are one shots but for a series...i would have a 4 way tie with:
MSN (Mahou Sensei Negima)
Chobits
Fruits Basket
Kodomo no Omocha

ANIME: Bleach, Code Geass, Prince of tennis (not in any order)
MANGA: Naruto, Death Note, Rurouni Kenshin (Not in any order)
Looking for a new anime. Bleach and Naruto shippuden take too long...
I'm watching Gundam 00, are there any other good ones you guys know of that are easy to find?
FINISHED: prince of tennis (except for last OVA), gundam seed, and above listed
