So my little cousin is turning 2 and her mom wants it to be Hello Kitty themed. So being the cook in the family, get to make the cake, but not a large cake, Cupcakes. Does any one have any ideas on how to go about this?

Try making normal cupcakes, then decorate with different tips ~ You can also buy Hello Kitty Sugar Candies for the top of cupcake at or local store 3nodding
