For FREE. Seriously. I will teach you tons of stuff you probably never knew or would love to hear on cooking.
From vegetables to the proper temperature of foods to meats to the basics of soups and sauces... I'll teach you what I've learned and what I know.. and, I'll teach you as I go along!
I'm just really excited about my culinary classes and would love to share my knowledge! smile If you're interested PM me!
*Warning, though: my schedule can tend to get pretty busy so there may be times I am busy! But, hey! It just means more stuff for you to learn when I'm free! ^_^
And, if it's any consolation to know: all my teachers have at least 25 or more years in experience!

I can't wait to go to Culinary School! Doing the simplest things with food, even if it's just handing it out, is fun to me!
