Archery. A good, strong compound bow requires a good deal of upper-body strength, and it's much harder to aim than with a gun. Quieter, too.

But I remember always enjoying playing it in physical education in middle school. However, should we play now in high school it probably wouldn't be fun because everybody would get quite competitive and I would probably get hit in the head like I do with most of the balls we play games with. xd
