Actually, it's through Mystery Gift as usual. There are three options on how to receive your gift:
-Receive Gift Wirelessly
-
Receive Gift via WiFi-Receive Gift from a friend (I don't know what this does, actually)

I was told that it would be during the summer when PKMN 12 movie will be showing?
I'm not sure what all you might be asking? Movie 12 shows in Japan this summer, true, but I don't know if Nintendo would time a Japanese event with a US one, or if they plan on re-offering the Secret Key yet again?
