Glass
Sparkling Mineral Water or Carbonated Water
Shot of Flavour or Liqueur
Espresso or Concentrated Cold-Press Coffee
Composition
Fill glass with ice
Pour a shot of flavour or liqueur
Pour sparkling mineral water or carbonated water to 3/4 full
Pour espresso on top
Anyone have any thoughts? I think the cold-press coffee would work better because it most probably won't bitter like espresso would when cold. I've been playing around with the idea for the entire time at work today.
