I like it, the hat seems very familiar, but I can't remember from where. I'd give it a solid 8/10. I don't know about pricing though, I'm not knowledgeable about prices on art.

The hat is similar to the one in bleach that the sensei wears. Your sketch is AWESOME!! I would rate it a 9-10 pricing around 20-30 bucks.

I would say 5-6k.

Very cute.. prehaps 4k just for that type, but varies if you colour it, if it's good colouring dead on 8k. If it isn't so good, 4.5k-5k at the most.

The hat.. hm I GOT IT! It's from that guy in Bleach that sells things or... anyway it's really cute! I'd say somewhere around 9.5 or 10. And yeah several K make sense. ^^ Rate back?

I'd rate it a good 7.5/10. Your line quality is really great except for that line that makes up the face. Make it a little bolder and a little more defined and that would bump the score up nicely. Also, keep an eye on what you have your character standing on, it'll make them look much more straight.
I'd pay a good 4k for something like that.
