Instruction Manuel: Step One: Log in to Gaia, click on the thread, and asses the current situation based on the most recent of my posts. Step Two: Decide on a course of action for the story, and suggest it to me by making a post. Be as in-depth or shallow and silly as you prefer. Protip: If you see that others have already made suggestions, but you want to post your own, don’t second guess yourself; post it! If you’re reading the words in this thread, you’re a player, and all of you should feel involved if you want to be. Likewise, if all you want is to quote someone else’s post and say “yeah, let’s do this” that’s fine too! Step Three: Wait for me to see and process your suggestions and formulate them into a new post. Step Four: Repeat from step one.

Gender: Male (Change?) Occupation: ???? (Change?) Protip: Picking an interesting occupation is key. You don't want to be someone who only needs to be as smart as a bag of hammers to preform his job, but neither do you want to be someone who could never get anything done because all he does is sit in a lab all day.
Traits: > ???? (Change?) > ???? (Change?) > ???? (Cannot change.) Protip: Traits are words, or short phrases that demonstrate special things about your new character that set him apart from everyone else in the world. You're little stick isn't a super-hero, but he is a bit above-average, and this is how you can decide exactly how that is so. Interesting traits include "Manly Physique" or "Girlish Figure." Sometimes it's best to leave traits vague, so they can apply to a variety of situations. Traits can also manifest in ways you don't expect.

Alright, well so far in the running we have two for unemployment, and one for secret agent. Submitted names are "Sticks" "Agent S" and "Arkos t" As far as traits go we have the following:
>Wiry >Bald >Chronic Dementia >Sly >Slender >Snazzy >Has a secret identity as Sticks >Narcissistic >(Holy s**t) Yellow Eyes >Mighty
You'll notice that I've struck some things off the list. These are things that I think are either too much of a flaw, or too broad/narrow to help you on your quest. However when it comes down to the final decision, if you want to double back and pick one of them, I won't stop you.
Also, I noticed that all of you submitted three traits a piece. Your character can actually only have two traits. The third slot was kind of innocuously labeled "cannot change" if you notice. It is put there because there is something about him that even he does not know yet. Only I know this third, secret trait.
I'm gonna let this thread simmer for another night, and in about twelve more hours I'll log back in, scramble the given results with any others submitted in that span of time, and then we'll continue with the game. When it comes to traits, I am going to pick two that have either acquired more then one vote, or that sound to me like they would make the game most interesting. New traits are fine, but if you guys have preferences, better post them quick.
