I just want to say I don't think people really accually know how much danger our troops put themselves in just to let us live freely. I think we should all make and effort to remember all the troops and people who risk their lives for us everyday (Firefighters ex.) in our prayers every night.

thousands of people die each year protecting our country
i pray for them

and no they are not sinning by killing others. America has never once attacked any other country first. We are fighting for self defense and to help other countrys who are in need of severe help
