while i will not turn down an invite to a fancy dinner date,
ordinarily i find my enjoyment of food is heightened if i do not have to shell out too much cash for it.
so, here is a place to share your favorite economical recipes which are still tasty.
for starters, try an iceberg lettuce wedge with this dressing:
a couple spoonfuls of mayo
mixed with enough milk to make it runny
and just a few sprinkles of sugar or other sweetener.
i vary this by adding other flavors such as dill or basil or worcerstershire
ok now it is your turn!~

take ritz or TownHouse crackers
spread them with butter
and sprinkle sugar on them.
instantly you have cheap-o cookies!
and they don't taste too bad either.
