aretoo emmmahy Apple pie. Not the american way though. I must admit to being curious how your pies are made... smile
I'll explain it later in more detail since I'm typing with the speed of light, but there's lots of mashed apples, cinnamon, grinded lemon-skin, and we layer it, a bit of...thin crust, apples with cinnamon, again the crust, then apples, and some oil [not OIL, edible oil] so you can remove it from the thing-you'e-baking-it-in later, and again and again and again...lots of times...then you bake it, and then you put powdered sugar on top. I might even put the translated recipe later on. ~Voila~
