I really thought the cross was a like a sign of Christianity. Maybe a symbol of we have not forgotten what you have given us. I don't think its bad.

The grave was the symbol for the early church since thousands of people were still being nailed to crosses at that time. We use the cross now as the symbol for Christianity since they aren't used anymore.

Jesus wasn't the only person that died on a cross. Peter was nailed to one upside down. Most of the apostles died on crosses. That's why I think it's a good symbol for the church. Anyways Jesus understands what we mean by it after all he is all knowing.

I will wear my cross proud. If the cross offends someone then they don't understand it or even if they do understand it and it still offends then that's on them. I'm proud of the cross I wear and it's a constant reminder that Jesus paid the penalty for you and me and everyone else in this world.

Just as Jesus took up the burden of our sins for us, we take up his path. And as Jesus gave up his life for us, we give our lives back to him. And we are always ready to be 'nailed to the cross' for him.
That's why we carry the cross - to remind us, and show others, how Jesus has changed and marked our lives.

Oh, and remember, Jesus /overcame/ death. Why would he be hurt, afraid, or offended by being reminded of it? He has life in God, just as we do because of Him.

Crosses are a sign of Christianity so they aren't bad.

However, I am not a fan of wearing a cross anywhere for the reasons that I've seen some rap stars wearing all these crosses. Guess it's kinda like, "I'm a bad boy trying to make a good image." type thing and they aren't Christians. That's why I'm not a fan of wearing crosses.

Although, it isn't a crime to wear a cross. Jesus wants us to remember him.

I always thought it was silly. The Romans crucified thousands of people, so I thought the cross was a little vague. Is it to worship a political prisoner? Or maybe that carpenter?
