Introduction
This is an epic tale of war, conquest, and the pursuit of Honor and Love. Spanning as many cliches and TV tropes as we can think of, the Tiabi Herd spares no expense when it comes to spinning a good story in order to elicit a few laughs. From the actual bloody and war-spooked Cerezo band, to the carefree nomads that live their lives in a swirl of pixie dust, the experiences and views of each herd member are as diverse as their origins. Some may have a harder time then others when it comes to releasing their long held beliefs and prejudices, but all do heal.
Each band functions (for all intents and purposes) as their own miniature herd. Territory is shared and guarded equally by all of the affiliated bands, and there is a frequent exchange of young ones in need of a tutor, or one young lover joining the band of their significant other. On the herd Council, the Alpha of each respective band has two votes, while nomads have the ability to vote of on their own should an issue arise that pertains to them. The council itself meets several times a year, usually with only the alphas and one or two attendants. Once a year (and sometimes more, weather permitting) the entire herd Gathers to give each other news, announce births, lifematings, initiation ceremonies for students, and graduation for young adults who have proven themselves to their mentors.
With that in mind, prejudice and intolerance have NO business here. Any hangups your soquili have must either be kept under tight lock and key, or be in the process of being resolved. This herd is very family oriented, and the players involved just want to have a nice safe place for their soquili to rest their weary hooves. Individuals that cause problems will be dealt with by their Alphas, and if a plot requires it, the council of Alphas.
On that note, this herd does not believe in disowning a member permanently. Those whose troubles bring too much harm will be asked to leave after a lengthy process, but they are always welcome back if they change their ways given the tempering effect of time. The notable exceptions would be skinwalkers (obviously) and any personality that shows no interest in changing or has a violent streak too dangerous to ever keep around (generally anyone who has a thirst for blood and runs on a murdering rampage every now and then. Those who just have anger issues do not fall under this category.)
Racial bias, while existing in the hearts of some, is highly frowned upon by the group. Regular, wind, unicorn, mutants, kalona, angeni, cerynei, kirin, flutter, usdia, as well freshwater mers and seathi are all invited and treasured within Tiabi. Skinwalkers, violent kalonas, and violent mutants, however, are not.

Jobs
This herd is also made up of different types of soquili. (And we don't mean breeds!)
- Administrators: Generally the Alpha and Protector of any given band,
- Advisers/Teachers: Generally former administrators, A-type personalities, and Elders.
- Nomads: These dudes and dudettes come and go as they please, and we dig their free spirited-ness~!
- Fighters: These dudes and dudettes like to pick fights with grown elephants.
- Scouts: These dudes and dudettes laugh at fighters and tell admins what is going on.
- Healers: Generally unis and uni half breeds, these folks mend broken tissues. Bedside manner is debatable.
- Brainiacs: Otherwise knows as Those Who Stare At Goats. These soquili may be a little eccentric, but they have some darn good ideas!
- Crafters: We're not sure how they get anything done with those hooves, but they do. (Actually these soquili work closely with the humans affiliated with Tiabi.)
- Misc: Foals, the elderly, the sick, the weird, and the lazy all fall under this category.

This band sprouted initially from Ever Sacrifice and Tawali's need to be a "beacon of home" for their family. Tawali's past life was that of a wind-regular Soquili herd, a herd who's main goal was protection and understanding between winged and grounded. The elders of the herd were a mixture of wing and regular Soquili and within the rules of the herd it was a wind's duty to protect the livelihood and well-being of the regular Soquili. This sprung a sort of "protector-protectee" relationship between the two breeds with strong feelings of chivalry and respect passing between the two.
Tawali's banishment from the herd came as a great shock to him. He had no option but to leave the entire area, his failure in his tasks causing him great heartache. It was after he came to the Kawani lands and set himself up with Ever Sacrifice as his mate that the same feelings he had in his old herd seemed to stir in him. And with the appearance of his rival Wild Wind to cause trouble for him, Tawali came to the decision he wanted to do more than be a wind Soquili and a father. He wanted to protect his family better. After returning home from a long flight to find three new foals, Tawali put his hoof down and proposed that he and Ever start a herd.
The herd prospered long for the family unit. It was a retreat from the world for their children to turn. And while it was allied with neighboring herds, the parents had little to fear. It was even welcoming to a family of flutters that were known through a mutual relationship with the watchful two-legged, Evening Night. But then a massive flood swept through their territory and after the destruction of the Tsidanalu Delegalis, they were forced to relocate. They broke all ties and transported the family feathers to a new location. And with the new location came new changes in leadership and new alliances.
Location
The herd is once more centered around a tree that houses the family winds' feathers, a birch that signifies their transformation and growth. The majority of the herd prefers the upper wooded region near the mountainous roots extending into the range and towards the grasslands.
Ever Sacrifice's two-legger has joined with the other two-leggers in their settlement, helping with the tasks and learning the white man's way.

The Etikaielle Tsidanulu herd is between forrest and open glade. Their daily sleeping spot is in the open glade that is surrouned by thick brush and trees. It is most definantly hard to find unless shown by another soquili in the group which is well, precisely the point.
