I've never met an artist who wasn't excellent with advice.
I guess that's probably because we spend so much of our time expressing ourselves... we just kinda understand people.

Edit: I've also only met a handful of artists that weren't freakin' brilliant. ._.

lol that is true. when you have something you really like & yo focus on it, you really see the flaws you make yourself. That is generally why authors & artists understand people well. Musicians usually also have a good idea of the world, unless their stuck on drugs & singing about sh** like most are o.o
still i think music is aother way to see yourself for what you are
