Background: Isacc grew up on the outskirts of the grass village, learning much of what he knew of about puppets from a childhood friend, Jason Vladaskee. After Jason's death due to his possession of the 7 tails, Isacc blamed the grass village for this, and moved to the Rock village, taking jason's puppet collection with him, in order to continue him and his friends dream to be the Ultimate Puppet masters. Description of Animal: A small blue-colored little iguana that usually resides either in one of Neo's pockets or on his shoulder. He likes being fed crickets, and mosquitoes, which he catches by himself, when he goes on Neo's shoulder. It's a quiet creature who does no noises at all, and is very small. It is 6 inches long, and has a keen scent for everything that belongs to Neo, but it doesn't work for anything else. It uses Clone justsu to find his master's things easier, and substitution jutsu, so it can't be killed as easily as its prey thinks. Once it finds whatever it's said to find from Neo, it goes back into his pants pocket or shoulder.

Description: A sly ninjutsu used mainly by ninja trained to be spies. It adapts the body to change color depending on its surroundings, so no one can see you. To use this ninjutsu effectively you must at least have sly feet, not able to be heard, otherwise it is useless. This jutsu uses up a small amount of chakra depending on your surroundings, and how much the body has to concentrate to adapt to its surroundings. Once another income of chakra to attack is used, this jutsu is broken, so it only works on one sneak attack. It's not very effective in the sand, snow, water, or any place where your feet can be marked on the floor. Not effective either against Byakugan. It also takes a slight second for your body to adapt to its background every time it moves.
Water Element Jutsu:
- (Academy level) Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water)
Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.
- (Academy level) Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
- (Academy level) Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit)
Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.
- (Academy level) Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique)
Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.
- (Academy level) Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
- (Gennin level) Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
- (Gennin level) Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique)
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
- (Gennin level) Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)
Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.
(Genin level genjutsu) Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) - Illusionary Version
Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. This Genjutsu variation of the original is for lower-level shinobi. The user performs the hand seals and places his hand near the opponent. If the hands are seen, the Genjutsu proceeds, and a hollow ball of chakra forms around the target. By seeing the hand, the target believes that he is in the Water Prison, and cannot move their body, and the hollow ball creates an image of water around the victim.
- (Gennin level) Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique)
Description: Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them.
- (Chuunin level) Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.
- (Chuunin level) Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique)
Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.
- (Chuunin level) Deido Tama (Mud Ball)
Description: A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it stikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of chuunin level or higher can liquify the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it.
- (Chuunin level) Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.
- (Chuunin level) Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation)
Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu
Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
- (Jonnin level) Mizuhada Bunshin No Jutsu (Water Body Clone Technique)
Description: A powerful enhancement of the Water Reflection clone, this technique creates a number of full-powered water clones and does not require a body of water. These clones have the full Chakra and Mental abilities of the user, as well as Physical ability. A solid hit will destroy the clone.

Looks: Only his green eyes can be seen. A scary dark and velvet combination of the dance of death in his clothes, and full of chains around him, which are actually his weapon of choice.
Personality: Relaxed, calm, thoughtful, and sometimes funny. He may enter a demented state during battle, when he puts on of the assassins' face whom killed his parents in his opponents face. His madness is truly revealed when his YamiKonton bloodline activates.
Background: Since he was a child, he struggled. His parents both died in a horrible assassination. Then he noticed he had a knick for spying on people. He wants to become the greatest spy of all time. His girlfriend also died in a horrible assassination, which he feels guilty for, and doesn't talk much about either assassination. Later on, he was adopted by Saotome Satoshi, which he is greatly thankful to. He has caused lots of trouble in the Mist village when he had to survive on his own, and his Mark of Chaos is considered a death symbol for the civilians. He feels greatly angered by society, and Neo an only try to cover up his hatred toward them.

Personality: When he is first introduced Axel has a mysterious, stoic, and calm demeanor. But once he's known he has a very laid-back, "go with the flow" outlook on many things, including missions and battles. But he also is shown to have a very kind, heartful side.
Backstory: Though he does not know it yet, Axel is the half brother of the Mizukage Zane Hajime. Though neither of them are aware of it, Axel was taken away from his parents in water country when he was just a baby and taken to the Hidden Sound Village. It was here where the Otokage performed vile experiments on him, changing his dna dramatically. These series of experimentation have given birth to new special abilities that have yet to awaken within Axel. Now he has been released and is under the command of a new Otokage.
On his first day at the academy, he ended up meeting a chuunin named Aki Nara. Aki Nara was a shinobi from the Nara clan, able to control shadows, and not only that he was adept in Katon. But Axel had no idea what exactly it was that he was adept in. So Aki gave him a piece of elemental chakra paper, which burned upon touching Axel's hand. That's when Axel found out that he was also adept in Katon. Afterwards, he was taken to the Otogakure training grounds in order to take his academy graduation test. Passing with flying colors he became a full fledged shinobi.

Background: Around the time Rini entered the Academy, her father and brother (a jounin and chuunin respectfully) lost their lives in the line of duty. Her father was killed by an enemy shinobi and her older brother was badly injured. Their team managed to return to the village, but the medic nin were unable to save Kohaku. He died shortly thereafter, leaving Rini and her mother behind. Against her mother’s wishes, Rini continued to study at the Academy, aiming to become a medical ninja in order to help prevent other families from experiencing such losses in the future.

Description: Kajouja, Kaisen's signature weapon, has two major abilities:
- Using chakra, Kaisen can form simple objects out of fire, like shields, waves of fire, or something like a chain of fire extending out of the end to increase range of attack. These different objects use as much chakra as their strength (Chuunin level chakra would make a shield that could deflect chuunin level attacks, Etc.).
- Kajouja has a 'Fire Enhancement' form, that strengthens all of Kaisen's fire based Jutsu and attacks by one rank. This effect lasts for three posts, and can only be used twice per battle. However, the form can be deactivated early if Kaisen is hit head on by a water Jutsu his rank or higher.
For the enhancement form, Kajouja doesn't change appearance (Except for the fact that it is in flames.)

The Range of the weapon: As far as a throwing projectile.
Weakness: Extended use can suck a lower level Shinobi dry. As the ninja increases in rank, the more powerful weapons also drain more chakra, meaning that the same capability is possible.
Description: The Projectile Summoning bands are the same thing that Sasuke used in his battle with Itachi. Using minimal chakra, a ninja can summon projectiles to their aid, such as shuriken and kunai. As the chakra required to summon these projectiles is very low, even an Academy student can summon quite a few to their aid. By pouring a certain amount of chakra into the seals on both armbands, a ninja can summon a specific tool to their aid.

Description:
Blade of the Blue Flame Dragon:
This sword, of the two katanas, is the more powerful. They both possess extremely durable bodies, but, when the Blue Flame State is activated on this blade, it becomes more powerful than the Furious Lightning State. When unactivated, the blade is just like a normal katana--save that it's much more durable due to the fact that Kaisen forged both blades using his own chakra. The reason this one is stronger in its release state is because Kaisen forged it with Amaterasu's chakra.
While the Blue Flame state is active, any and all of Kaisen's fire attacks become so hot that they turn blue, and are strengthened by one rank. With further augmentation, they may actually become so hot as to turn purple. His fire jutsu also become 1.5 times faster than usual. When in this form, Kaisen is granted full control of fire, and can perform some jutsu (Ones up to his rank) without hand seals.
However, this form has one basic weakness; water. If the blade is hit with a water attack at Kaisen's level or higher, he loses all the abilities granted to him in an instant. Wind attacks only make him stronger. If the Blue Flame State is dispelled forcefully, Kaisen will not be able to use fire based attacks for three posts after.
Blade of Furious Lightning:
Like the Blade of the Blue Flame Dragon, this blade is much stronger than your everyday katana. However, it isn't as strong as its predecessor, as it wasn't forged with an angel's chakra. When in normal state, this is just a much more durable Katana. However, when it enters the Furious Lightning state, A lightning aura surrounds Kaisen, augmenting his physical capabilities with the power of lightning. He moves faster and hits harder. The lightning in his muscles also gives him increased flexibility. Waves of lightning, and other forms of lightning. can be fired from this blade, as fire can be the other blade. While this form is active, all of Kaisen's lightning attacks are strengthened by one rank.
Like the Blue Flame Dragon Blade, this form can easily be dispelled by its elemental weakness; wind. Any wind based attack at Kaisen's level or above can instantly dispell the abilities of the Furious Lightning form if it comes in contact with his blade. If the blade's abilities are dispelled forcefully, Kaisen will not be able to use Lightning Release attacks for three posts afterward.

The Leaf ninja was driving Kaisen into a corner; the superior mastery over earth was slowly but surely beating back the fire stylist. It wouldn't be long until Kaisen lost...unless....
"I suppose I'll get serious now..." Kaisen said with a chuckle as he drew his twin katanas. In an instant, they both sparked to life, one blade sporting an intense blue flame aura, the other one crackling with blue lightning. His opponent had driven him to a point of no return; it was time to push back. With a wave of his lightning blade, a wave of powerful lightning energy blasted into the wall of earth protecting his adversary, opening it up for the inevitable counterattack by Kaisen.
The Sand Genin leaped into the air, and rose his now flaming Katana for all the world to see. For a moment, a mass of his chakra gathered into the blade, causing the flames to glow with an even more intense aura. He swung the blade down, and a malicious wave of blue fire overtook the ninja, scalding and burning him to death over a course of mere minutes.

Character Description
Personality: For the most part, Kaisen is laid back. When someone insults him, he either shrugs it off on a good day or pulls out his scythe. In battle, he's very level headed.
Background: Kaisen lived your average joe life, honestly. His parents enrolled him in the academy a little later than most ninja, insisting constantly that he train himself physically and mentally before actually going through the academy process. It was at that time that he met his early best friend, Victor. Victor, however, was destined for evil, and left the village before he even graduated from the academy. The experience was terrifying for Kaisen.

Description: Soul Reaper is a special deck of cards Sonics grandfather made in his days as a shinobi.At that time it was only a prototype and for that reason it couldn't withstand much damage. Sonic stood in the middle of the dark forest as he waited for the ambush he was informed about.Out of no where 50 shadow clones appeared all around him.An evil grin covered his face as he bit his left thumb and smeared some blood across the metal case containg Soul Reaper.The case droped down into Sonics hand as he began to force his chakra into the case.The clones didn't know what to expect since Sonic was so calm so they stood there watching and waiting for him to make the first move.As the metal case popped open Sonic placed the bladed cards into the palm of his right hand.Tossing the metal case off to the side."You should of attacked me when you had the chance." Kibaku Nendo : C1 [ Exploding Clay : C1 ] - Akatsuki member Deidara is an artist at heart, and he uses his modeling clay to fashion animals which help him in combat. After withdrawing a bit of clay from his pouch, Deidara will use his palm mouths to consume the clay and infuse with his C1 Chakra. C1 is used in most of Deidara's smaller art pieces including spiders, centipedes and birds. The creature shown here is a spider type homing explosive. These spiders will search out an enemy and get near enough for Deidara to release the explosive seal and cause detonation.

Kibaku Nendo : C2 Doragon [ Exploding Clay : C2 Dragon ] - Deidara will act in conjunction with Tobi to create a combination attack meant to stop an agile opponent. The large dragon will first drawn in some of its tail to create numerous spheres which it will expel from its mouth. The dragon can then take to the air and while Tobi places the spheres underground, beneath the feet of their opponent. From his position in the air, Deidara can launch smaller, more explosive C2 dragons towards his target. This combination of land mines and aerial attacks will box his opponent in, making any wrong move their last.

Kibaku Nendo : C3 [ Exploding Clay : C3 ] - Deidara possesses a specialty Jutsu which can cause massive damage. Deidara imbues his explosive art with his Chakra, in this technique's case he imbues his clay model with his most explosive Chakra, called C3. After he sends the model off, he can use a release command to detonate it. It is capable of leveling an entire village.

Kibaku Nendo : C4 Karura [ Exploding Clay : C4 Garuda ] - The expelled clay with combine to form a gigantic version of a cloaked Deidara. After forming the needed hand seals, the giant Deidara will explode into a fine cloud of microscopic clay bombs. These tiny objects will be controlled by Deidara's Chakra as they move towards their target. The target will then unknowingly breathe in the cloud. These tiny objects will then travel throughout the body and detonate, causing microscopic explosions. This in turn causes the body to disintegrate on a cellular level. Note that the cloud of microscopic bombs contains Chakra, so if the target possesses some means to see Chakra, such as the Sharingan, then they can move to avoid the attack.

Kibaku Nendo : Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu : CO [ Exploding Clay : Ultimate Art : CO ] - Kibaku Nendo • Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu • CO is utilized by Akatsuki member Deidara. After removing the bindings sealing the mouth on his chest, Deidara will feed the maw a large clump of clay. After being ingested, dark veins will begin to emerge on his body as he infuses the clay with his explosive Chakra. When the veins nearly cover his whole body, they will begin to retreat back into a sphere located near the chest mouth. When the veins totally retreat back into the clay, Deidara will ignite it causing a huge explosion which will cover a ten kilometer area. Backlash is that you will lose your life after the Technique.
