I felt like I haven't really been saved.
"Maybe I'm doing it wrong?" Was my favorite thought.
Sure, not everyone feels the same once they're saved, But they feel SOMETHING, right?
Every night I've asked (and still ask) to be forgiven of any sins I may have sinned... and I know that I'm forgiven, because He's merciful and all powerful.
I did once ask for Jesus to come into my heart and make me the kind of person He wants me to be... but then I realized, He wants me to be myself. Because He loves me as I am.
But I wanted to be better. I wanted to KNOW He saved me... I just felt like I hadn't been saved.
Until... my friend Colton was so upset with life... he got (and gets) treated unfairly for doing the right thing.
I told him... "Christ suffered for doing the right thing, so we have to, too. It's what God intended for us. Plus, it helps us become stronger, as He got stronger."
I knew I had been saved... otherwise, I'd never just openly say something like that to a friend I always just goof off with.
Praise be to Him ... just for existing.
JUST because He Is!

Yup you confessed with your mouth which is the trumpet of the heart. If you're speaking the truth with your mouth it's on your heart! Hallelujah!
