xxxxxx Background History|| Saku is the only son of one of the Hatake Clan's most reviled members. His father, Daisuke Hatake was a well respected jounin in the Hidden Leaf Village until it came to light that he was really a traitor. He was caught selling Village secrets to the highest bidders and was responsible for several security leaks. When these leaks were finally traced back to their source, many ANBU descended upon the family home and his father instead of facing his crimes fled the Village.
Facing the rest of the Village was not easy for Saku and his mother. Saku was nearing graduation at the academy and was actually put on temporary suspension due to his fathers actions.
Having to deal with the Village's persecution against him, and having the rest of the Hatake Clan abandon them in shame, Saku's mother decided to leave the Hidden Leaf Village behind and take her son with her.
Saku's mother returned to her native Amegakure, and enrolled Saku in the Rain Academy. Due to being held back in Konoha, and having to go through the course work all over again has held Saku back. He's older than the average Genin.
Saku has a great dislike for his father now, since his selfishness ruined any chances of greatness in Konoha. Now his family live on the edge of poverty, and his mother works in the Academy aiding the students.
Saku hopes that with him being a genin he can earn some money to help his struggling mother.

Time passes by slowly over the Storm Fortress. 5 years have laid claim to the land and all that live upon them. The Storm Cloud Fortress rose up like a stone skeleton from the past. Cracks now beginning to show in it's impenetrable facade.
Saku Hatake had survived the horrors around him. Despite the probablility, he managed to live through the demons futile attempt to destory each other. He remembered the way the ground shook, and the earth shuddered whenever they were near.
When the Juubi was first summoned, Saku had been a genin in Hidden Rain. Being the most advanced in his class, he was given the mission to protect the genins and get them safely out of the Village. He accomplished that much at least, successfully leading the other Village genins to the fortress and into the Keep itself.
But the genins didnt last very long after that. Saku did what he could to teach them,train them to survive the horror that assualted them from all sides. Some, were just unfortunate in how they met their end. Mishaps or winding up food for one of the crazed animals in the forests around them. Others decided they wanted to trek out on their own, but none of them ever came back either for good or ill.
They had all but dwindled away until Saku was the only one that was left. Kageru had been the last of them too die, a outlaw shinobi group had done him in. Saku had killed them all for that. It was 2 years ago that Kageru had fallen leaving Saku to fend for himself.
The young Hatake boy had learned how to survive in the countryside. How to become like the creatures that lived there and hunt the forest floor. He would periodically sneak back into the ruins of Amegakure to raid for supplies all the while trying to avoid being seen or caught by the abominations wandering the streets. Those mockeries of flesh disgusted Saku, it was horrible what had been done to these people.
As it was, Saku himself had changed to match what went on around him. He had become a calculating monster bred by the forests and hills of the Rain Country to eliminate any threats. He would go out during the day and comb the forests for food. He would hunt game, and fish when it was season. This way he managed to survive those five years in the fortress.
The fortress itself was a storehouse of weapons and supplies and equipment that Saku could never go through it all if he dedicated his life to the task. He was able to supplement what he hunted with the dry goods and packed foods found in the enourmous pantry.
The villagers that lived in the Rain country began to whisper about a ghost that lived in the forests and protected the countryside. Stir up trouble upon the hills of the old fortress and you'd unleash his wrath.
Saku found the description amusing, but it did describe his life, and accurately. he flitted through the forests, protecting the last traces of Amegakure culture within the fortress and maintaining the lands around it.
Over the years, without a dedicated team to care for the upkeep of the grounds the Fortress has begun to take on the look of a building forgotten about. Indeed, at least too Saku's knowledge there weren't any other Rain Ninja except him

xxxxxx Background History|| Born into the prestigious, and often times cursed Uchiha Clan Hisaki was one of those rare people gifted with an insatiable curiosity for what they saw around them. By far his most defining trait is his willingness to learn whatever anyone had to teach him. As he grew up, he loved hearing stories about what life was like when the Uchiha was a formal Clan with all it's members living together as a true family unit. He loved listening to the stories of valor that were told about the oldest members of the Clan from the days of the founding and up through the ages.
As the Uchiha Clan was seperated and forced to go their own seperate ways, Hisaki's family settled in the Rain Country as it was in close proximity to the Uchiha's ancestral home in the Fire Country. There, his father and mother settled down and lived a quiet life among the villagers.
When Hisaki was old enough, his parents urged the young Uchiha to leave his life among the fishermen and farmers to apply for the Amegakure ninja academy. Passing in record time, he was certified as a genin and began living on his own inside the Village with little support from his parents who believed this was the best way to teach the young boy independence.

Education:

Amegakure genins shall receive training in an on the job fashion. Missions that take place through the country will give genins a chance to train themselves. Each mission rank will have a different set of goals for each mission in order to complete said missions.

Genin Missions:

Rain Gate Guard Duty-
Any genin can take this mission and squads are not required. Those accepting this mission will be stationed at the Gates. This is to guard against unwanteds from gaining access to the Village. To complete this mission one must be present at the Gates for five paragraphs worth of posting. (This is the most basic mission)

Rain Village Survelliance-
A squad of at least two ninja (x2) is needed to complete this mission. Those accepting this mission are tasked with patrolling Amegakure. Numerous patrols can be carried out at any given time, with a two ninja minimum and five maximum. To gain credit for completition each individual must post a full paragraph in five seperate locations inside Amegakure. Posting is to be done as a group, and one cant proceed to the next location without the others in the group. (if the group is 3 or more strong, stragglers can be left behind. Just keep in mind that you must have at least two members to get credit.)

Rain Country Patrol-
In times of peace a squad of ninja (minimum x3) maybe patrol the Rain Country. The objective of this mission is to maintain the boundaries of the villages military control. Amegakure is a military state and should be run as such. To complete this mission the squad must be present in the rain country for 24 hours and patrol five locations. (1 paragraph for x5 locations.)

Chuunin Missions:

Rain Country Entrance Gate Guard-
The entrance to the rain country is one place where troops must be stationed in order to have a defendable perimeter. A squad of two ninja is the minimum needed for this mission. If a genin chooses to go he must have one chuunin present. There is no limit as to the maximum of squad size. To complete one must be present in the rain country and have ten posts of just being at the gate.

The rest of the rain country has fortifications that need defending as well. Conditions for completional are thr same as above.

Outside perimeter scouting-
A squad of 3 chuunins minimum is necessary for this mission. What goes on outside Amegakure is important for us to know. Therefore these scouting missions are designed for the gathering of information. Everything from the geography of another country to its landmarks and fortifications. Each scouting trip is 2o insure a steady stream of up to date information. To complete one must be present in enemy country for 48 hours. (to simulate travel times realistically as well as give the enemy a fair chance to react) One must also post a paragraph in 5 locations.

A single jounin may take this mission. Objective of this mission is the gathering of information in outside Villages. Details of Villages defenses and offensive forces must be catalouged. To complete, he jounin must spend 72 hours in another Village and post/scout out three locations a day.

Promotion from one rank to the next.

One of the rights afforded to a Kage is the right to promote their own ninja. This is an attempt to systemize that right. In theory, this would be completed via a detailed mission plan. Each mission has a specific worth of experience and training that go into it. Missions are for those that once finished with your training need something to do in the Village.

Breakdown is as follows:

Each mission has a point value, a simple one. {see above) there will be a point limit that after a genin has reached may apply to become a chuunin. I believe a mod would decide on what point value one would need to go up in rank.

Defense of the Rain

Amegakure possesses a natural defense in the form of a non-ending rainstorm. In the redesign of the village this needs to be harnessed in some way. Probably by water cannon defenses or floodable districts.Its really just a matter of what gets drafted up.


The army will be divided into two distinct entities, Infantry and Anbu. Infantry will progress up the ranks to be the soldiers on the frontlines. Most ninja will end up here. Anbu for the time being is something a genin being promoted to chuunin may be selected for. Anbu is an occupation, not a rank. The only thing that seperates the anbu and infantry is what they do.

Infantry is the bulk of the Amegakure military. Anbu is a smaller unit that functions as the Village calvary in times of war and special forces in peace time.

The village itself would be split between several districts each containing a defense fortification to protect the district in time of war. Soldiers can be stationed there.

Amegakure has become oppulent and inefficient. We are plagued with infrastructure that has been abandoned or is no longer needed. Redesign the city with more practical layout.
Fortify Sherudon Forge, turn that into a military compound for the production of industry. If we have a weapons making position, why not have him make weapons?
These could be stupid generic swords or kunai that have a very specific and basic of abilities. Like boost one element's techniques by 1 rank, not stackable or switchable, or any other limitations such as a specific chakra cost.
Must be designed and approved for mass production. This is how the infantry gets its weapons.

Bulldoze all mansions and private estates. Amegakure will supply you with housing. Damaged facilities mustbe rebuilt or cleared out of the way.

Training Methods: Training is usually done in attempts to increase speed, and use instincts.

training Blindly, or without senses both are fine and enable the user to get used to fighting Demonicly.

Movement: unpredictable the higher the stage the harder to see through the stages. due to the level of mastery of the Akuma Haraise that the user has.

Stage One: No Rank Requirements

At stage one the user will crawl around on four's, as it is the basis of the style,Allowing their Darker side to control them, the animal side, they have little self awareness, making it hard to see friend from foe, also they are quite unpredictable but not too unpredictable meaning higher level shinobi can see through it with ease. Offinse is the main part of this style, and as such the user will mainly always be attacking, using chakra to give short bursts of speed.

Regular Techniques:
Akuma Sutansu - Devil Stance: The user will stretch, becoming very nimble, most style users will have their nails cut longer, pointed, as though they are talons, they will crawl around on their hands and feet, similar to a beast. Allowing for rapid speeds, and quick attacks.

Special Techniques:
Kuro Tsume - Dark Talon: The user will run on all fours, quickly in a zig zag formation to confuse their opponant, then they will quickly use either their nails, or senbon, to slash their opponants side.

Stage Two: Genin

The user has basic control of the syle but of course it seems like the user has no control at all, they still cannot tell friend from foe as they are using their darker insticts those of an animal, they will blindfold themselves, cutting off one sense making the others more powerful, relying on smell, which is becoming a new thing to try now.

Regular Techniques:
Akuma Kamu - Devil Bite: The user will sprint on all fours towards their enemy, throwing kunai as a diversion, they will lunge baring their teeth, as they enemy will try to block, they will sink their teeth deep into them, kicking them in any location in the process to weaken them.

Special Techniques:
Jinsoku Biribiri - Rapid Ripping: The user being blindfolded,will use smell to detect their opponant, with they will release a burst of chakra increasing their speed, with this they will jump into the air, trying to land on their opponant, while citting them rapidly with their senbon, or Fingernails.

Stage Three: Chunin

The user can now tell friend from foe, though they are still oddly angered, as though a lust filled spirit has taken them over, all they want is battle, blood. Now they are using their chakra to their adavantage, forcing chakra onto their nodes, they will force them into disability, cutting off taste, and sight (unless the have byakugan, or in my RPC case the Devil or Curse Eye) they will become faster, and have a better sense of smell, allowing one certain enemy to be located more easily.

Regular Techniques:
Akuma Ataru - Devil Strike: The user will release chakra, pushing off, allowing for a quick burst of speed, for the best effect they will be directly next to their opponant, they will rip their body throught the air, making a speed bust, and try to shover their hand through their opponant, with enough force they will kill them if hitting a major organ.

Special Techniques:
Akuma Sutansu Ni - Devil Stance Two: The user will begin to pop their limbs, making them more flexable, and even more deadly, they will force chakra onto four nodes, making movement more limble, and more rapid.

Stage Four: Jonin

The user will now be able to strike with enough force to level a small shack, they will begin moving with more speed, not enough to leave an after image, but enough to confuse one, they will be able to user their body more elegently, with almost flawless agility, making them almost impossible to knock off balance as they are on all four's.

Regular Techniques:
Akuma Mochi - Devil Charge: The user will release a burst of speed, running raoidly digging their nails, or senbon deep into the earth they will use them to lunge out at their enemy, charging at them with their shoulder, with enough force to fracture bone.

Special Techniques:
Kuro Shippuu - Dark Hurricane: The user will jumo into the air, releasing a rapid, large burst of chakra they will throw their own body down into a spiral, with enough force to shatter bone, if they strike, it may be enough to kill, but will also damage themselves.
