Kind of interesting. If you're going to be exercising regularly though, like you should be, I would still recommend drinking warm water (or atleast just around the work-outs). Your body absorbs it faster because it doesn't have to work to warm it first, and that helps prevent dehydration.

Always do that full-body shiver whenever I drink too much warm water at once. Thank god I'm back to spring-water, at least; that city-water I was stuck with for a while was crap. I don't care WHAT they say, water should NOT look fuzzy.
Just plop some ice in a glass, fill it, and drink it down quick-like. Happy medium.
