Everyone being entitled to ONE free name change upon legally becoming an adult?

Because I am sure a lot of people if they had that provision would find the name their parents gave them when they were a baby (and thus had no choice in the matter) didn't really fit their vision of themselves and would gladly give themselves a name they considered more fitting.

But I said ONE free name change. Much like on Gaia, once all the freebies were used up it would cost them.

Personally I'd like to do a total name change, completely new first, middle, and last name. Without telling my relatives. And a change of phone number too.
