xxxxxMasako arrived at the grand gates that led to her new home. She sat on the steps leading up to the gates, admiring the size of them, and eying the statues on either side of the gate. Now all she had to do was wait to see who showed up after her invitation. She expected the lower ranked ninja to show up rather quickly. The young were always so eager to gain power and wealth, but Kya was a mystery, she could go either way.

Click-clack was the sound of the cat. Ironically enough it was the sound of the Slug humanoid. As he approached the massive gates, he would see two large statues, one opposite of the other with a small girl with rosy pink hair and a delicate face sitting upon the stairs. She had the same chakra type as the Mist shinobi who delivered the message. A simple transformation jutsu could never hide that and his eyes were always perceptive. Granted, outside of that he was rather useless unless operating. He was not here for power but mere curiosity. Who was this emperor and why would he wish to meet with someone like Zephyr?
As he quietly walked to the girl who was on the steps, the only thing besides her beauty that he could notice was that her chakra was stronger than his. She was of a higher caliber than he was. He assumed she was the right hand man of the Emperor, because she had delivered the message and felt confident in infiltrating an entire village. Thus her infiltration powers, or her powers alone, made her confident. She seemed to be strong, smart, loyal, and confident. This would make her a formidable opponent if he would ever have to face her, only case being if this was a trap. He hoped it was not but he was ready to alert Kya to stay away if it was. He would stop upon the cold stone below and watch the girl sitting, he would not speak until spoken too. He did not wish to appear rude.

The girl suddenly stood, she was still a step higher thus she would be taller. The steps must be big as Zephyr stood at about six foot four. He was the guest and thus, as she reached out her hand, he would extend his and shake it while bowing lightly before releasing the woman's hand with a slight sting. She would announce her name as Masako and Emissary to the Daijin followed by a standard welcome to which he could not tell if it was polite or simply rehearsed. They were not allowed to enter until Kya arrived, this made sense. To him, Kya was the one they truly wanted. Zephyr was more than likely only being brought in on the fact that he has knowledge on Kya that could be given if he was on the opposing side but as to why they wanted either of them at all. . . he had not a clue.
"Greetings," his voice was collect and once again respectful as this woman held quite the position of power. That and her hair reminded him of cherry blossom tree's. It was beautiful and his mind began to wander to that for a short second; only being brought back to full attention when he realized he was at this point holding her hand instead of a quick shake. Pulling his hand back he apologized quickly, "My sincere apologies. I was distracted. If it is easiest, we shall wait for Lordess Kya." This made his eyes narrow slightly, if this truly was a trap, they were in trouble. He would have no way of alerting Kya. But he would throw down his life to protect his former Kage. The loyalty instilled upon him was almost an indoctrination.
This place was beyond beautiful though. The architecture was either very old or someone special was hired to make the stone look as such. He could not help but look around and admire the place before turning his head at a sideways glance to look at the pink haired emissary. "I had not the faintest idea that there was an Emperor. This was not something I was ever taught."

A hole in reality would seem to tear in a straight line higher up on the stairs than even Masako was standing. Someone had inwardly mentioned height equalling status... well Kya had known Masako from the Grass village years prior, once calling her a suboordinate. She may no longer command it, but she demanded respect even from her peers. As she stepped forward she cast a glance down on her, not a mean or nice look, one of complete indifference, almost tired. It was taxing to teleport miles and miles like she had, but it mattered not, for plot convinience. No the look she was giving them was one of total indifference. She had been summoned by an emperor and the gears of her mind were working already before the portal had first opened in the Palace. Kya rested her now normal eyes upon Masako, as she had tried to figure out who this emperor was. A name came to mind, a man ornery enough to call himself the Emperor of the East? Where is this Emperor of a land void of men? she asked almost boredly. Really she was hoping it wouldn't be someone meek or fat. A waste of time would equal a waste of someone's life. But if it were him... she would certainly hear what he had to say before she decided weather or not she'd punish him for wasting so much of her time and energy. Whatever this was about would need to be worth it.

xxxxxIt was not long after she had spoke to Zehpyr that Kya seemed to arrive. Masako was slightly irritated by her apparent upstaging, but it mattered little. Soon they would all face the Emperor. Her comment would earn her no respect from the Emperor. There were quite obviously 2 new members of his land, not counting Masako. "Don't worry Kya." Said Masako as she mounted the steps towards the actual gate, "You'll find out soon enough. Follow me." She raised her hand, flicking her wrist. All as if by magic, the statues on either side of the gate would step aside, each grabbing a massive handle on either door, pulling the massive stone door open slowly. Before the statues had even finished opening the gates, Masako was already passing through them, headed straight to Song Bu'Tar.

He was mostly brushed off by the woman but he didn't much care. He just figured he'd state it more out loud than anything either that or she really just did not care to speak. But of course as an Emissary to the Emperor she probably thought herself above him. This was funny to him deep down but only because the tide of battle was forever changing. Life was a chess game and power was always subjective. He was not thinking himself to be stronger, not at all, just that power forever changes.
Speaking of power and changes. . . here came Lordess Kya. Upon her sudden arrival, he walked to the side of the Emissary and bowed briefly to Lordess Kya until she finished speaking, he would then re-stand and notice her new blade with a smile. It might as well have been alive. "Lordess Kya, I am glad you were able to make the journey safely." This was said with the most respectful tone he could muster, it was in no way an insult. As the doors open, Zephyrs eyes narrowed. "Kya, if something goes wrong. . . I will do my best to heal all of your wounds without fail." He spoke as they headed through the gates.

As Masako spoke Kya simply sighed and turned to see the doors open without acknowledging Zephyr too much. She would simply walked behind Masako with her arms crossed indifferently and her crystal blue eyes dull and bored.

Obviously, with the way things were in the shinobi world at the moment, Lucifer had run into his fair share of silhouettes on his way to the Kech Marah stronghold. Unfortunately for him...these numbers hadn't ceased, either. However, the young Heiland man also took this as a sort of carnal blessing; it wasn't very often that he got to test his abilities. Especially since he'd just been blessed by Falsalazar, obtaining the power of the Psycho Demons. Unlike the silhouettes that had made attacks on the major hidden villages, these silhouettes were...lackluster. Probably around Genin-level in strength. More than anything, they served as merely an obstruction; an obstacle keeping Lucifer from removing Falsalazar from his body until they could capture all the demons, converting them into the Saigon. Simply by having Falsalazar placed into his body for this short period of time, he was able to experience...everything Kleine had. It allowed him to read his brother's mind, gaining all of the info he required on the Kech Marah, any information he had on the situation in the north...essentially anything Lucifer would need to know in order to enter and seal his quarry within the dragon statue. It was at this time that Lucifer had shared many special...interactions with the enemy. Even in the midst of combat, their conversations continued. Through the wisdom of Falsalazar, Lucifer's inquiring mind was able to discover all the facts; about Sa'naan, Bjorn, even the Great Mother Saigon. He learned of the Sagal, and of all the forces in the north that would likely oppose his rise to power. Obviously, the targets he had in mind right away were the Lydians and the Guenire; the Guenire for showing outward aggression towards the south...and the Lydians simply for their genetic superiority. Both of them posed a very real, significant threat to the north, and unless they were taken care of properly, it could result in a world-scale disaster for everyone involved.
To avoid this, Lucifer would have to become much, much more powerful and accomplished than he was now. With his recent Ryo income, the man had purchased the fabled Jyuuha's Banner, an item of fabled prestige and power. Using this exemplary item, he was able to completely nullify the attacks of his opponents, psychically throwing them at each other, even going so far as to simply crush them with mental ability alone. This was the power Kleine had toyed with for so many years, and now...he could see why. The ability to defend, attack, and basically...do whatever he wanted with a psychic force was astounding. It was alluring, and in every sense of the word, addicting. This newfound power put him well above what he used to be, and it would continue to do so, so long as he possessed the mental fortitude to keep up with the Enemy. For now, this battle would ensue, with Lucifer making quick work of these lowly silhouettes until Kleine decided to join him. The two of them had two very specific reasons to be there. One...to seal Falsalazar's remaining energy into the Dragon Statue. And secondly...to kill one of the progenitors of their past; Auntie H. Killing her would seem almost like the final mark between the two brothers; the final stone being lifted from the massive wall that once stood between them. Naturally, the enemy was the rest of the wall, but that was insignificant. Between the two of them, their power would total enough to kill the overly elusive Hysteria once and for all.
