1) Location of Power Supply and Central Processor must be clear.
2) Parts cannot exceed the set cap listed in the bloodline, but techs can exceed that limit.

Body Description:

>>> Underneath an advanced polymer skin designed to mimic human flesh, V4 has a solid interior skeleton made of overlapping sheets of Hardened Steel and Carbon Fiber. This gives his skeletal frame immense strength while still being highly mobile and fluid in its motions. He also has two separate power cores that each house half of his total Energy, with both being located where the lungs would be on a normal human being. His logical processor (brain) is located slightly below his power cells, roughly where the diaphragm is located in a normal human.

Parts Description:

1 >>> Piston Driven Muscle System
In place of mechnical cogs and electrical driven body parts, V4's motion is powered by a series of pneumatic pistons in each of his joints. This greatly increases his strength and speed as well as increasing his reliability by removing the mechanical cogs from his joints. (+3/+3)

2 >>> Energy Cannon
A simple apparatus that is installed in both of V4's palms and in his left eye that allows him to fire charged particles from any of those 3 locations at will. (See Custom Techs for detailed usage specs)

3 >>> Segmented Dual Blades
Hidden in both forearms are a deployable blade system made of overlapping sheets of metal that connect and from a single blade on each arm. The blades are attached to the arm, making it impossible to disarm him. They are also the same hardness as his body.

Tech Description:

1 >>> Heavy Pulse Cannon D - SS
Utilizing one of the energy cannons installed on his own body, V4 is capable of firing a concentrated beam of power that varies based upon the amount of energy expended, from a small beam, to a raging torrent. This attack has no element and therefore is weakened by nothing and has an advantage over nothing. It is simply put, pure energy.

2 >>> Pressurize B Rank
By allowing dangerous amounts of pressure to build up in the pistons in his body, he can temporarily increase his own strength and speed once again by +2/+2. This however can cause great damage to his systems if he does not vent the pressure from his pistons. (This lasts for 3 posts at a time and can only be used twice per battle before damage begins to occur. After the third usage, a -1/-1 debuff is applied for the rest of the battle and stacks with continued usage)

3 >>> Heavy Pulse Barrier D - SS
By adjusting the focusing lens in either his palms or eyes, V4 can release a pulse of energy that acts as a barrier between him and any physical/chakra based attack, literally over powering it and pushing it back. This barrier however only works in one direction at a time, and V4 must either look in that direction, or raise a palm in that direction.

4 >>> Pulse Blades C-SS
By sheathing the blades that come out of his arms in a thin layer of powerful energy or varying levels, V4 can super charge his weapons and attacks, allowing for greater variability in close combat. This does not increase the hardness of his blades, but simply allows them to have an added damaging effect.
