Most of the time I prepare tomato soup I always make it cheesy. Add the cheese right when I'm cooking it. I didn't this time. There was still cheese, but it was added as a garnish instead of being cooked inside. It was nice.

It isn't bad. Though as long as you don't use too much cheese. Though I think I might prefer the cheese to be as a garnish. Like a bit of cheese on top.
