I hear the versus community is still pretty solid. I haven't had Xbox Live in over a year, but I'm considering renewing my subscription over December when I have time off from school.
To tell the truth I can't really speak much about verses. Aside from that, I've heard that it had been going pretty strong. I'm one of those few who play solo.
One thing that makes the experience a little bit better is that there is this mod that makes AI-controlled characters act a little more like players. It isn't perfect but it does make their AI a little less stupid.
Love how there are lots of options on the steam workshop.
