As she often did in the spare time she could find, Hesperith had arranged herself neatly on the fireheights to enjoy the stunning views it offered: both the mountains and the other dragons. Especially those. Not that she was strictly dragon-watching - but those ripplings muscles, ohh, and the rugged scars, ooh - as she was just as happy to chat and be social with anyone who might wish to pass the time with her. Taken as she might be with handsome boys and romance, she was just as happy for the company of females of any color. Who better to discuss her favorite subjects with? And if now and then, one of her children might also have a bit of time on their claws and care to spend a little time with their mother, she certainly had no complaints. At the moment, she was sighing fondly after her green daughter Keyrarath, who had stopped by for a little chat, and who had seemed just a touch brighter than usual. She dearly hoped every one of her little treasures (though not so little anymore) would find the love and happiness they deserved.

Nioweth had always enjoyed admiring the male dragons of the Weyr. Practically from the very first moment she’d hatched, the dragon had been nothing short of obsessed. Blue, brown, or bronze, the little dragon couldn’t help but be smitten by the handsome gentlemen of the Weyr. Flights were one of her most favorites times, and the green had always made it a point to rise as often as possible; it was like clockwork for the green--not that her rider seemed to object. While some might call them silly things, E’sul and Nioweth absolutely adored their position.. And what it often offered.
Today was no different.
The delicate green had only just finished with a bath and oiling. While Hers had gone to rest and retire, she decided to stretch herself out on the fireheight. Not only would the sunshine show off her gleaming hide, but she might get a grand view of many of the males in the Weyr. And maybe, if she were lucky, one, or two, or ten, might come over!
Though she wasn’t the most clever dragon in the Weyr, as she made her way up to the heights, her eyes were caught by a familiar golden figure. Hesperith. Well, now, there was a kindred spirit! Hesperith had always been fond of the males, as far as Nioweth could tell. Landing near--though not close enough to force herself into Hesperith’s space, the green offered the queen a happy croon. Why hello, Hesperith. A mighty fine day to be out on the heights! She greeted happily. She had no idea why Hesperith was there--but Nioweth had every intention to gush and coo over boys… and while it was never certain any males would pay her mind when she wasn’t glowing green, there was a far greater chance that some of the bronzes and browns would have no trouble paying Hes mind.
The closer she hung around Hesperith, the more boys that might be for her coo over. It sounded like a perfectly fine arrangement to Niwoeth--and as far as she knew, Hesperith wasn’t like some golds, who looked down their snouts at the greens.

Oh, Nioweth, dear! Hesperith crooned in response to the lovely green, her posture curving invitingly should Nioweth wish to come closer still. She adored company of all kinds, and it was always a delight to talk with someone of similar mind. Though she loved to preen and be fussed over by handsome males, she was equally as happy to cuddle close with another admirer of hides brown, bronze, and blue, and...discuss the finer points of the Weyr's male inhabitants. Or who was cuddling with whom, or looking bright or making eyes, or who would just be precious together! It is a fine day indeed, very fine. I'm sure there is no better view in all of Pern! The mountains, the Weyr, the prime sampling of dragonflesh on display... Would you care to share it with me? Some things can only be improved by having someone to share them with.

Nioweth gave a happy croon, eyes whirling a bright purple-blue at the invitation. She wouldn't say no--sitting in the company of an illustrious gold wasn't something she would say no to, especially should any browns or bronzes look their way. Moving closer, the dragon settled herself happily next to the larger dragon.
I shall be delighted. It does offer a most excellent view of the Weyr, and all its handsome inhabitants. Nioweth felt no reason to hide her reason for choosing this particular setting to sun. Hers was busy socializing with others, and she wanted to do the same. I'm genuinely surprised you aren't draped with bronze and brown companions. They're blind to leave you so neglected. Her words were genuine, that of a handmaiden supporting her Lady. Nioweth knew she was just a green, but all gold's of High Reaches were Queens.
Shall we try to tempt some near? It did sound like awful fun, at least to Nioweth, who loved to pose, and preen, and see which boys turned their heads to watch.

Hesperith cooed happily as the smaller dragon settled beside her, and shifted her wing to provide a bit of shade. She might have been inclined to drape it over the other for a cuddle, and to better 'whisper' secrets, but as that would have obscured Nioweth from view, she did no such thing. While they looked at the boys, the boys should also be looking at them, and with such a pretty gold and green on display, how could they not? Oh, I am not so surprised, she said, though her wistful sigh held a touch of disappointment. I am hardly Eveleth, after all, or even one if her line. Still, I would not mind one or two. Or three. Hesperith had not been acquainted with the concept of coteries before coming to High Reaches, but once she had, oh! She couldn't help but want one herself. But while she did receive some attentions, none of them were really...devoted. That is a splendid idea, yes. Perhaps now that there are two of us, it will be more difficult for them to resist.

The little green was absolutely delighted when Hesperith shifted her wing and provided a bit of shade. If she leaned a bit closer to the queen, a bold move for such a little dragon, could it be helped? The queen was ever so gracious to allow her to sit so near and Nioweth was known to be entirely tactile with any dragon among the Weyr. While there were some she knew to keep her distance from, at present, she was willing to try her luck with the large gold.
Happily settled, the little green was more than content to chatter with Hesperith. She has many males in her following, but you are equally a beauty and a gem. Surely, there are some who must be admiring you from afar -- I have no doubt they cannot resist our double charm! The little green gave a happy croon, even as she turned to admire the dragons out there. Who could resist such a charming pair, right? Do you have a preference for bronze, brown, or blue? Older gentlemen? Young and strapping? Also, did you see the new brown transfer that came in the other day? I wouldn't mind getting better to know him! The little green was more than happy to gossip and eager to know who the queen preferred!
Thankfully, their presence did appear to have the intended affect. A small bronze who had been settled on a weyrledge, instead, turned to admire the pair. He half-spread his wings, and while it was unclear if he was posing for them, Nioweth liked to think he was. Oh look! That one certainly seems to want to give us a show. Shall we see if we can bring him over? She asked slyly. She didn't care if the bronze more than likely had eyes only for Hesperith -- he surely was large enough to share.
Meepfur Feel free to share in moving/running NPCs. LOL I'm just making some randos up, haha.
