definite_blonde: 8/10 the boots and collar don't go with the skirt... or vice versa. The kitty gloves look a bit bulky.
Vottory: 8/10 simple, cleaned up, looks like reno of the TURKS, but not too original a flower or something to spice it up and make it original would cinch the last two points.

9.5/10 Original, not too cluttered, not nothing, pretty well co-ordinated.
I'd put the cat on your back to be less cluttered (and more aesthetic in my opinion)
