GUIDLINEZ:
Reminder: There is no entry fee
Another Reminder: I will accept donations though
OK. Now lets get to the real guidlines.
There will be 10 contestants each round.If u want to join this contest tell me by pm or post it on the thread. Then pm ur dream avatar. Every round will have a specific thing u need to put on ur avatar. After I get 10 contestsnts I start judging. The judging takes a day or two.
