You kind of need a mix of both qualities, or a crazy amount of only one
I'm for the gamer/anime girls...to bad there's like only 12 in NY crying and all have boyfriends gonk

One with at least common sense and isn't skinny enough to where you can break them in half.Something sad though is that I'm the oldest of my brothers and I'm the only one without a girl friend. I don't have the balls enough to ask the woman I like out.

My biggest problem, as you said, is asking them out. You're talking all friendly and then later that day you try to pop the question. They go "Hi [your name]." then you go "Uh, um, uhhh". You just lose what your going to say and get lost.

I suppose this does fall under intelligent discussion, so stay it does!
In other news: to guys who want dates but can't seem to get play - for pete's sake just grow a pair! Girls like guys with confidence in themselves! If you're too scared to even ask for what you want, then you don't deserve it in the first place. Life is not like the movies or television shows; girls don't just fall for you and make things all easy, you've got to take the initiative.
In any case, I probably won't have too much more to say in this topic, as I had a relationship end not too long ago and it still kind of hurts. BUT, that doesn't mean I'm not going to pick myself up and get back in the game! ...eventually. cry

For me, its the funny, outgoing, and healthy type, not aneroxicly skinny, but not by any means overweight, for everyone there is there type though, and im not objecting, how they look is a small part, to me its more how they act and feel, and if they really care or not.
As for the courage to ask them out, i have the same problem, taken to the extreme, im VERY quiet in public, and can barely speak to any girl, much less the one i like or to ask them out

Now that I'm in college, the girls to guy ratio has nicely been placed around I think 60-40, more girls than guys. That would seem nicer, but it is completly impossible to know who is single!! If there are more girls than guys, it would make sense if SOME of the girls didn't have boyfriends, but no! They all do! I'm no math major, but something doesn't add up gonk !

I like a girl that can stand of for themself and if they love video games and anime then I really like them and looks for me are just kind of a cool bounus but I like drak brown strait hair but i have a girlfriend so for now I'm not wallowing in despair biggrin

Well, I'm a girl and heterosexual, so I have nothing to say in this thread but to encourage those shy boys to ask the girl they like out. We love it. What are you loosing? You already have a "no" for an answer, so go ahead and clear up your doubts smile
