Well technically since there hasn't been any storyline updates that show what happens after the whole fight, and they haven't gone into it at all, There is no real significance other than it helped Ian win Sasha's heart. xp

To tell the truth, I doubt it does anything.

In one of the 06 plot events, it was claimed to be the rarest possible item to get out of a giftbox... it was like one in a 50000. So it could possibly be an item that no one has ever gotten.
