Yo! I'm Rocket, age 14. I'm a webcomic artist, and that's been taking up alot of my time recently, so you'll probably be hearing about it alot. I watch lots of cartoons, and love to play videogames.
Well then, I believe I shall begin blogging.

Last day of May, 2007
Hey, so! Tonight's a blue moon. It looked pretty cool. And I got alot accomplished today gaia-wise. -Made some new post pictures -joined a new roleplay -opened for comissions -reached the halfway point on my hammi-hat quest
Also, me+my friends' webcomic is now in production! 3 out of 5 of the finished pages are scanned, and are in the process of being colored! Pretty Radical, if I do say so myself.
You can see everything we have up here: We Are Comic!
I'll post up more about the story later, but I should get some sleep.
Have a nice Friday! --Rocket

First day of June, 2007
I got a HUGE illustration board last night, along with some new colored pencils. I'm going to make something epic this summer.
LISTEN! Love the song. And the movie it's from. And the book it's based off of.
Movie Marathon 1.1 today! Gonna go to a friend's house and watch 4 classic movies in a row. Mostly Disney. <3
Okay, I said I'd put the story for the comic up, so here: We Are Comic is a story about 4 kids (Katie, Stephanie, Gray and Carol) who come to art class only to find their teacher, Mr. Doga, murdered. They find the murderer, and start to run after him. But he escapes in his giant bionacle carot, deemed the "Awsome Mobile". It's exaust is so horrible, that it k.o.'s the kids. When they wake up, they each have a superpower!
Will the magical quad have what it takes to avenge their teacher? Stay tuned and find out!
Have a good Friday! --Rocket

June 6, 2007
Stolen from my friend Stephanie. It looked cool :'D.
IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?
So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc) 2. Put it on shuffle 3. Press play 4. For every question, type the song that's playing 5. When you go to a new question, press the next button 6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool..
Opening Credits: I Heard You-Good Charlotte
-So, I'm an outcast, and recently found out that my girlfriend has been cheating on me.
Waking Up: Summer in the City-Regina Spektor
-Okay, so, I'm sitting on my bed, it's the last day of summer. I'm thinking of all the good times and bad times we had together, and trying to figure out why she did it?
First Day At School: To the Kill-Violent Femmes
-Through the day, depression has turned to anger. I want to kill her, but I can't go through with it because I'm too lazy, and still love her.
Making Your New Best Friend: Got My Own Thing Now-Squirrel Nut Zippers
-My new friend is very jazzy, snazzy, and smart. They basically come to me and say "Dude. It's time to put away your toys and stop acting like a kid" so now I'm acting a little more mature, and don't feel so alone or betrayed.
Falling In Love: Fred Jones Part II-Ben Folds
-Okay, so this song is about how awful it feels to be replaced, and how good things have to end sometime. So I'm watching my girlfriend and her new love. I pretend to go along with this relationship untill she tells me the truth, and fall in love with someone else (jazzy friend?) during.
Breaking Up: All Sense is Lost Postlude-Piebald
-This song is very short, with no lyrics, and very sad. So I'd want the scene to be me and my cheating girlfriend sitting on a bench, looking at eachother. After a little time, we know we both feel that there's nothing anymore. We stand up, and laugh a little bit, hug, and walk away from eachother.
Prom: Clementine-The Decemberists
-Basically, a song about two people in a relationship that society puts so many restraints on, that it makes it nearly impossible, but the couple love eachother reguardless.
So, lets say my ex's boyfriend is acctually our teacher, all of us are having a slow dance. Then the teacher gets arrested for dating my exgirlfriend.
Graduation: Franco Un-American-NOFX
-xD OH WOW. So, we're having a party. Throwing handfulls of meat at our principal.
Life's Okay: Ripchord-Rilo Kiley
-Well...aparantly, my life's pretty bad, but I'm making the best of it, or atleast trying to make it right. So maybe my friends and I are trying to bust our teacher out of jail?
Death of a Close Friend: Clams Have Feelings Too-NOFX
-A fast song, kinda angry... So, my ex-girlfriend is about to be sent to jail for breaking into jail. She comes to me and jazzy friend and tells us to make her ugly, because she knows what happens there, so She hands me a malice, covers her face, and tells us to go, and she'll stop us when she's had enough. She's beaten to death, both of us are extremley frantic, and watch her die in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
Mental Breakdown: Yesterday-The Beatles
-Both of us are still in shock. We run to the jail to talk with our teacher. We sit and cry and have a small memorial service. We remember all we can about her, because we don't want to forget.
Driving: Hold Me-Weezer
-This song makes me feel insecure and cold. So, maybe its winter, and the teacher is out of jail, just driving us around, taking us to lunch or something. Jazzy friend suddenly bursts out crying when this song is on the air.
Flashback: Mixer at Delta Chi-Stephen Lynch
-xD eeeew.
ok, so me and jazzy-friend are talking to our teacher and just...talking about how just falling in love with someone over 4 years younger than you makes you a pervert. and how it's just love.
Getting Back Together: Does He Love You?- Rilo Kiley
-Jazzy friend announces that she loves me at a kareoke bar, because our teacher-friend is being a drunkard and hitting on anything in front of him. This is a relief to me, we decide to leave, and "..atlast, you are complete."
Birth of Child: Look, I just Don't Like You-Piebald
-Awkward...
So, we adopted, I'm guessing(since we're both girls, apparently). The kid was uncool. So, we got rid of it somehow...
Wedding Scene: Born to Love Volcanos- The Dead Milkmen
-...We got married. INSIDE A VOLCANO.
Car Accident: Everybody's got Something to Hide Except for Me and My Monkey- the Beatles
-So, Jazzy wife is apparently a heiroin addict, and hiding it well, and got in a crash while drugged.
Final Battle: I Don't Wanna Stop-Good Charlotte
-Don't Wanna Stop...KILLIN'.
Death Scene: Freak Me Out- Weezer
-Someone was following me, and stabbed me in the back. Came out of nowhere, man. What's the world coming to? Apparently he was hired to kill me.
Funeral Song: Bleach Boys-The Dead Milkmen
-Everyone thinks I committed suicide by drinking bleach. This sucks.
End Credits: We're All In This Together-Old Crow Medicine Show
-IT'S PERFECT. It's slow, a little melencholy, and strikes me as a friendship song. Wich was pretty much this whole movie.
ENTERTAINING!
Also: I just beat E.B.A. :>
Have a good Wednesday! --Rocket

The webcomic has 5 pages up so far. Right now, I'm sketching out ideas for the cover and titlepage. The title page'll go inbetween pages 1 and 2, because there's an annoying time skip there.
Stephanie is playing around with different colorschemes for the pages. Yes, they will be colored! Once the colored pages are up, the black and white pages will go in scraps most likeley.
I'm gonna put a hold on all the omake content for a while. I'm spoiling you guys. as well as pages untill they've been colored.
Also: Sufjan Stevens for the win.<3 --Rocket

So, yeah, Movie Marathon Volume II was cancelled due to Spamalot. :> I didn't go, though.
I'm going out of town, and won't be back untill next Thursday, thus, my art commissions have been put to a hault. u__u
Anyways, I get to spend 5 days in San Antonio with some kids stuck in a hotel room. Atleast I'll have a 5-year-old to talk about irks and watch scary movies with. I'm glad little kids see me as a role-model, I guess... but this means I can't do much stuff I usually do... i.e. read suggestive material, casual cursing, scratching... Uuuugh...long week ahead it looks like.
Also, I know the picture in this one sucks. I might make a better one later.
Might.

Dude. What. We've had 44 straight days of rain.
I came home from my dad's house yesterday to find a giant trench dug from my back yard all the way through my driveway. Apparently my kitchen sink wasn't coneccted to the sewer.
Just a minor detail missed. l:
Well, I'm going to talk about something positive now.
Ratatouille was pretty much amazing. Talk about gorgeous animation! This was hardly a just kid's movie. The character designs were original and matched the voices, I am totally getting this movie the first day it comes out. The jokes are funny, the cameos are great as usual. [you can see Bomb Voyage acting as a mime when Linguini and Collete are roller skating!] Every time I've seen this movie it's had me laughing.
Have a nice weekend! --Rocket
