It's definitely time to party.
Celebrate Why Not style. Beat on the pinatas hanging in the tree, bring over a cooler full of soda pop, dance like you just don't care, jam to some rowdy music, start a barbeque, play a game of Twister or Limbo, talk to friends, glomp Skepty, light fireworks, bang pots and pans, play videogames, eat all your favorite snacks (I brought Pringles!), and whatever else! Just celebrate like crazy! whee
