I am curious as well.

Google searching was pretty much a dead end... I got many hits about whats-his-face from Naruto and Bridget, one which listed some (but clearly wasn't being kept up-to-date), references here and there about wanting to ban guys who dress like girls at anime conventions...

But no clue on this anime. confused
