I came to this cool guild for some help because I am new at Gaia, and I need some help. I don't quite understand how to make money. Is the only thing you can do is the casinos, and browsing around on the gaia site?

You can get gold by:
Posting: 1-10 gold [10g a post is very rare, Remember never use 13+ gold posts they can get you in trouble]
Lurking: Looking around the site, clicking and going places {like going to the marketplace and then checking pages}[ 1-3 gold a page]
Polling: If you noticed some threads have polls{surveys} if you vote you get gold[ 10g is the common amount but after about 6 polls you get less gold, and after about 10-13 polls you tend to not get any gold at all. But the next day you get 10g a poll again]
Fishing: Fishing was the first real game on gaia. You can buy bait then a pole. After that you can go to the fishing area's and fish, selling fish is a great way to get gold and have fun. [gold gained depends on user]
Marketing: This is probably the hardest for new Gaians. You buy things for low prices and then sell them for higher prices. You can also donate{$2.50 -American Money-} to Gaia{Donate to Gaia} and get Sealed Envelopes {they open at the end of the month to revel the 2 items which you can get -only one a letter- only from the letter. They go for about 5-6k a letter}. Marketing is proboly the best way to make gold, but its very complicated and sometimes you will get flamed for selling higher then others.[gold gained depends on user]
Casino/Gambling : This is a new Gaia feature. You buy tokens {1g for 1 token}. You can then play the slot machines and win credits. The credits then can be cashed in for tickets.
But before you try and sell the tickets you need to get a vending license{bank on the isle de Gambino}

Art or Services : Most people on Gaia have great imaginations and talents. Most of them create shops were they can sell their art and ideas to other users. Talent is needed for most shops, But you also have to obey the rules. You can NOT steal art and claim it yours{art theft}, or steal a persons idea and claim it yours{again art theft}. You must give credit to anyone whom you got the idea from, but you can’t take art and sell it if it isn’t yours. Disobeying these rules can either get you blocked for 12 days or a perma-ban {a permanent account ban}. [Gold gained depends on user]
Art Arena: When you go to the Art Arena you can rate pictures and even post compliments about the pictures. You get gold for each picture you rate and comment on. [About 5-6 gold a comment/rate]

1) Theres a forum for it, in the Gaia Exchange. You just make a thread, post what your questing for, and people who have donated.

2) You cant at the moment. sweatdrop Ever since GGN 2.0 came out, the donate button's been gone.

I think the registry is www.tektek.org .... and yes you can click on an item in the store and then 'preview'. Or to try multiple pieces of clothing go to www.gavsim.net and create your avatar wink

There's abit on the 'customise me' part that gives you te choice of kneeling/turning around. As for the naked bit...not sure but I think you wear items meant for the opposite sex only...of course that could be a rumor sweatdrop

People keep saying that their questing for something. But what's a quest? How do you get one? What's even the point of quests? Please pm your answer to me.

What's a hangout. Whenever I try to find out, there is always a message saying that the username doesn't exsist. How can I fix that?
